IDEA has imagined this site as a development for multiple retail tenants that contribute to a shared customer experience. This creates a unique destination in one of the most active areas of Huntsville, Texas. Our design proposes a multi-level approach, taking advantage of the existing slope of the site. Despite relatively little length of street frontage, our design capitalizes on the building’s height on a hill for street visibility from all directions. With as many as four tenants distributed in +9,000 SF, a variety of retail can be offered that will contribute to a dynamic retail experience unlike anything else in town.
